2 Min Microwave Chocolate Cake

Have you ever thought if it's possible to make a cake in 2 mins?
Yes it's possible and the end result is a chocolate cake.

Here is a 2 min cake recipe about which I'm talking about. Now you have no need to waste your precious time in searching and visiting  bakeries to buy simple chocolate cake. You can bake it at home in only 2 mins with this easy recipe. It's so delicious, lets try it and enjoy.


Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose floor
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2/3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp of chocolate chips (Optional)
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk and 1 tbsp of fresh cream
  • 1.5 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1.5 tbsp beaten egg
  • 1 drop of vanilla essence

Directions:

-Mix all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder in a bowl.
-Add milk, fresh cream, cooking oil, beaten egg, essence in the above mixture and stir it until it is mixed well.
-Now the mixture is ready to be baked.
-Pour the mixture in microwave oven safe bowl and sprinkle chocolate chips over the mixture.
-Now bake it for 2 mins on maximum power in microwave oven.
-Your cake is ready eat it and enjoy.

Chappal Kabab


Chappal Kabab is a specialty of Peshawar, but people from other areas also equally enjoy eating this delicious dish. It is prepared from meat. Here is a tested recipe of chappal kababs, make it and enjoy.





Ingredients:

  • 500gm minced meat(beef/goat/lamb)
  • 3 medium sized onions finely chopped
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes cut in rings
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 fresh green chilies finely chopped
  • 200gm corn flour
  • 1 tbsp crushed red chilli
  • 1 tsp refined salt 
  • 1/4 tsp of papaya powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed crushed
  • 1/4 tsp of white cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 1/4 cup Oil for frying


Method:


-Put minced meat in a bowl.
-Add corn flour to the minced meat and knead.
-Now add all other ingredients except tomatoes in the above mixture and mix well.
-Place the mixture for 15 minutes.
-Make round kababs of normal size, put 1 tomato ring on each kabab.
-Heat the oil in non-stick pan.
-Fry the kababs until golden brown from both sides.
-Serve it with traditional raita, fresh green salad and naan.
